Orders & Returns

How do I get in touch with customer service?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on any qualifying unopened or unused products within 30 days of the purchase date to be refunded back onto the original form of payment. Item must be returned in its original condition. Please send an email to hello@szeekingjoy.com within 30 days and we can facilitate a refund. For items purchased as a gift, please contact hello@szeekingjoy.com. For purchases during gift with purchase promotion periods, all sales are final.

Can I return or exchange a purchase made during a gift with purchase order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on an order made during a gift with purchase order.  All sales are final on our gift promotions. 

Do you offer exchanges?

Currently, we are not honoring exchanges.  If your purchase did not bring you JOY, please email hello@szeekingjoy.com about the order within 30 days of the purchase. 

I have not received my order, what do I do?

Please email hello@szeekingjoy.com and someone will reach out to you.

Can I use multiple promo codes for my order?

Only one promo code per order is allowed.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Please note that orders over $50 will ship within the domestic US for free.

Does Szeeking JOY test on animals?

Our products are never, and will never, be tested on animals.

Should I be concerned about any allergic reactions when using Szeeking JOY products?

Many of our products contain essential oils, which can sometimes cause allergies. We recommend conducting a patch test and observing your body's reaction whenever you try new oils.

Is there an expiration date for your products?

Please use our products within 6 months for optimal freshness and efficacy.

Is it safe to us Szeeking JOY products when pregnant or breastfeeding?

Please consult your physician before using any of our products while pregnant or breastfeeding.

How should the products be stored?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.  

Do you offer a recycling program?

While we don't have a formal recycling program, we encourage our Szeeking JOY community to make eco-conscious choices. All our packaging and shipping materials are either biodegradable, reusable, or recyclable.  Our deodorant packaging is biodegradable (cut the cardboard into small pieces and add it to your compost pile), and our kraft paper packaging is 100% recyclable. Together, we can make a positive impact on our environment.
